History

  • 1997

    In 1997, Liu Rencai, general manager of Zhentai Company, resigned as the director of a foreign-funded enterprise envied by countless people, and went to Renyang Town, Changshu City, China's non-woven town, to implement zero capital investment and leased a set of non-woven equipment and 300 The old factory building of square meters started his entrepreneurial journey.

  • 2001

    In 2001, General Manager Liu Rencai took out all the deposits for four years of entrepreneurship and loaned tens of millions of yuan to the bank. He purchased 12 acres of industrial land in Renyang Industrial Park and built a 12,000 square meter standard factory building and office space. Changshu Zhentai Nonwoven Co., Ltd. was formally established. As of today, Zhentai Nonwoven has more than 20 non-woven production lines.

  • 2008

    In 2008, General Manager Liu Rencai acquired Tamron Nonwovens. On this 8-acre site, Changshu Zhentai Nonwoven Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, and production of nonwoven equipment began.

  • 2013

    In 2013, Zhentai acquired another Korean company, Duen Optics, which is close to Changshu Zhentai Nonwoven Co., Ltd. And take this plant as the expansion of Zhentai nonwovens. In 2017, the original old factory building of this plant started to be demolished, and a new factory building was built. The new factory building will all use the latest non-woven equipment developed by Zhentai Machinery.

  • 2016

    In 2016, Zhentai took another photograph of the Changsheng steel structured Columbia plant, covering an area of 45 mu. This site will be used as the new site of Changshu Zhentai Nonwoven Machinery Co., Ltd. Beginning in 2017, this site began to be used to build a new plant and office building of Zhentai Machinery.

  • 2017

    In 2017, Zhentai purchased 20 acres of land in Jiangxiang Industrial Park and established Changshu Zhentai Spunlace Co., Ltd., using a spunlace production line newly developed by Zhentai Machinery, mainly for the production of spunlace nonwoven fabrics.     In 2017, Zhentai also captured more than 60 acres of factory land printed by Dayi Huatong in Changshu.

  • 2018

    In 2018, the company obtained the "Zhentai" trademark.

  • 2019

    In 2019, the company achieved lSO 9001:2015.
